The infrastructure underneath was held together by manual work.

Founders pulled into CRM fixes and pipeline emergencies. Reps spending half their day in tools that didn't talk to each other. Pipeline reports nobody trusted.

The cause was structural.

The system underneath these teams was never designed. It was assembled by whoever was around at the time, with whatever tool was on sale that quarter.

Fixing it means designing the foundation properly: data architecture, integrations, lifecycle stages, governance, documentation. Then we install the modules that sit on top.

Most projects run between $6K and $36K for the initial build, plus the cost of any tools we install. We don't sell one-size-fits-all packages. We scope each engagement based on what your system needs.

Most builds run 6 to 12 weeks. Smaller modules ship in 2 to 4. We scope the timeline up front and stick to it.

We work with B2B companies doing a minimum of $1M in ARR and with established revenue teams.

We do not start from scratch.We work with teams that are already selling and want to remove friction, increase leverage, and scale what is working.

Companies already producing revenue with an established sales motion they want to scale. Pre-revenue teams and companies still searching for product-market fit are outside our scope.
